we are not quite sure who is paying to put int the phone cable as there is no more money for the road works but they are just putting in the pipe for the phone!!! Probably a rich person down the bottom of the road who doesn't have a phone line!!!
but as you can see it doesn't stop the buses from getting thorough...all of this is part of my walk to school each day...great fun when it's raining!
